KHS Juniors Celebrate Manufacturing Day

Kenton High School Juniors enrolled in Mrs. Cross’ “Career Pathway” course participated in National Manufacturing Day earlier this month.   

Each year, MFG Day is held on the first Friday in October in order to show students what modern manufacturing is all about.  

KHS Juniors using a free app were able to virtually fly a drone and then take a tour of a drone manufacturing plant filled with cutting-edge technology. 

Since 2012, MFG Day has helped students learn more about modern manufacturing and discover exciting future career opportunities in the manufacturing industry.
