A theft at Ace Hardware was reported to Kenton Police Thursday afternoon.
According to information from the department, officers issued a summons of theft to Terry Glen,, of Lima, in connection to the incident.
Glenn is scheduled to appear in Hardin County Municipal Court on March 4.
Officers were also requested at Walmart Thursday evening for an unwanted person at the store.
Brittney Joseph was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
Her court date is also set for March 4.
