An attempted hit and run incident was reported to Kenton Police early Tuesday morning.

According to the report, officers responded to the 400 block of North High Street to investigate.

The 25 year old female victim was not injured.

A felony charge of aggravated vehicular assault could be filed against whoever was responsible.

No suspects were listed on the report, and the incident remains under investigation.

A Kenton man is facing charges after an incident at Scioto Village Apartments.

According to the Kenton Police Department report, an officer on foot patrol with the complex located a man passed out behind the wheel of a car in the parking lot.

The man was found to be in possession of an open container of alcohol and three different types of suspected narcotics.

The 57 year old Kenton man is facing a felony charge of possession of drugs.
