A Kenton man was arrested on a warrant Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Kenton Police Department report, Scott Bailey, age 24, went to the Police Department to report to his Probation Officer.

It was discovered that there was an active probation pick up order for him.

Bailey was taken into custody and turned over to a deputy from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

He was then transported to the Multi County Jail in Marion.

A burglary was reported to the Kenton Police Department Wednesday.

According to the report, a resident in the 100 block of North Market Street informed officers about the incident Wednesday evening.

It occurred sometime since this past Saturday October 10.

No other details have been released.

The incident remains under investigation.
