A Kenton man is facing drug related charges after an incident reported to Kenton police on Sunday.

According to the report, officers received a call about an assault that occurred in the 900 block of Wilson Street.

At the scene, police seized one dosage unit of cocaine and two drug paraphernalia items.

John Pierce, age 59, was charged with possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

A man was arrested on a warrant Sunday afternoon at a residence in Kenton.

According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South barron Street to investigate a report about an intoxicated male yelling at citizens.

At the scene, officers arrested Dalton Pinks, 21 of Canton, on a warrant through the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

A Kenton woman was arrested in Lima over the weekend on a warrant.

According to the Kenton Police Department report, the Allen County Sheriff’s Office notified the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office that they were on a call concerning Stacia Grindell, age 26, and they discovered she had an active warrant from the Kenton Police Department through Hardin County Municipal Court.

A Kenton Police Officer traveled to the Hardin/Allen County line and took custody of Grindell.

She was then transported to the Multi County Jail in Marion.
