Lakeview Man Pleas Guilty to Arson

A Lakeview man entered a guilty plea on a charge of arson Tuesday in Logan County Common Pleas Court.

WPKO Radio reported that 35 year old Adam Lowery pleaded guilty to the fourth degree felony charge and is now facing up to 18 months in prison when he’s sentenced on February 10.

The case dates back to August of 2019 when he set a house trailer that he was living in on fire.

An investigation revealed that he had received an eviction notice the day before.
