Lima Man Indicted on Multiple Sex Charges
A Lima man was indicted on multiple sex related offenses.
The Lima News reported that an Allen County grand jury returned a 52 count indictment against 39 year old Jay Holliday.
Charges include two counts of trafficking in persons/involuntary servitude, four counts of rape, 15 counts of sexual battery, 14 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and 15 counts of felonious assault.
The charges stem from alleged incidents dating back to March of 2018 involving two young girls.
