Vouchers are available now to residents in Lima through that city’s Spay and Neuter Assistance Program.

City of Lima officials stated that the goal is to reduce the cost of voluntary sterilization for cats and dogs.

There are a very limited number of vouchers remaining for cat sterilizations.

Cat owners can complete their voucher application by stopping by the Lima Parks, Recreation & Forestry building, located at 900 South Collett Street in Lima.

The application for dog owners is available through the Allen County Dog Warden’s Office at 1165 Seriff Road.
