Man Arrested on APA Pick-Up Order
A man was arrested Monday morning on a pick-up order through the Adult Parole Authority.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, an officer on patrol observed 32 year old Derrick R. Houtz sitting in a vehicle parked in the 400 block of East Columbus.
Knowing he was wanted on the pick-up order, the officer stopped and approached the vehicle.
After confirming his identity, the officer proceeded to arrest Houtz.
