An Indiana man was critically injured after he was struck by a semi on I 75 in Hancock County Thursday evening.

 

According to a release from the Findlay Post of the Ohio State Patrol, 47 year old Max Christopher Brown was standing in front of his semi, which was parked along the berm, when witnesses say he darted into the southbound lane.

 

Brown was struck by a semi being operated by 52 year old Michael Tew, of Alabama.

 

He was transported by helicopter from the scene to the University of Toledo Medical Center with life threatening injuries.

 

The incident remains under investigation.
