A Kenton man is facing charges following an incident over the weekend.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West Railroad Street in reference to a possible burglary in progress.
After an investigation, officers determined that no burglary occurred and suspected that the caller may be under the influence of drugs.
The Kenton Fire Department was requested at the scene for an evaluation, and it was determined that the caller was under the influence of methamphetamine.
The 36 year old man was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital for treatment and observation.
