A 31 year old Kenton man has been arrested and is facing numerous charges in connection to arson fires from April of 2018.
Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart said Dustin Cannode was visiting his probation officer when he was taken into custody without incident this past Tuesday afternoon at the Hardin County Courthouse.
Four fires were set at homes on Leighton, Walnut, Tracey and Leonard Streets. Two of the homes were occupied, but there were no injuries.
Cannode was indicted last week on 20 counts, including two felony counts of aggravated arson, according to records filed in the Hardin County Clerk of Courts Office.
He will be arraigned at a hearing set for Wednesday June 26 in Common Pleas Court.
