School districts across Marion County are returning to in-person learning in the coming days.
Micah Walker at the Marion Star reports Marion City and River Valley School Districts will begin a hybrid format tomorrow, with Marion City Superintendent Ron Iarussi hoping the introduction of the coronavirus vaccine to school employees beginning February 1 will mean a fully in-person schedule for the final quarter of the school year.
Elgin and Pleasant Schools will maintain their hybrid schedules, while Ridgedale returns to five-day in-person learning Monday, January 25. Tri-Rivers Career Center will continue its hybrid schedule through Friday, January 29.
