Drug charges dominated the list of indictments handed down by Marion County’s Common Pleas Court last week.
Mitch Hooper at the Marion Star reports that, of the 19 individuals indicted this past Wednesday, 13 received charges relating to drug possession or trafficking.
Among those receiving drug charges were a Columbus woman who received first-degree felony counts of possession of and trafficking in cocaine, with a specified forfeiture of $1,514, and a Kenton woman who received a third-degree felony count of illegal conveyance of drug abuse onto a detention facility.
