Marion Man Facing Attempted Murder Charge
A man was arrested in Marion following a stabbing in that city this past Sunday night.
The Marion Star newspaper reported that 47 year old Donald Alan Mayse was taken into custody at his home in the 400 block of Olney Street.
He is accused of stabbing a person multiple times following an argument.
The 40 year old male victim suffered stab wounds to the chest and elbow. He was taken to marion general Hospital for treatment.
Mayse is facing a charge of attempted murder.
The incident remains under investigation.
