Marysville Police Division to Host Women’s Safety Series in March

The Marysville Police Division is hosting a Women’s Safety Series, designed to empower women with essential safety skills.

The event will take place over a single day, from 9 am until 4 pm, and those interested are able to choose one of two separate event days, including March 8th and March 15th.

Each date will be comprised of a two-part learning experience including topics such as self- defense, personal safety, car tips/ tricks and more.

They are set to be held at the Marysville Police Department and Marysville Early College High School.

Women and girls ages 14 and up are invited to attend, but girls between the ages of 14 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
