Minimal Damage Occurs After Fire on CR 155

A minor fire was handled by the Kenton Fire Department Tuesday evening.

According to information from the department, mulch at a residence in the 14,000 block of County Road 155 caught on fire.

The flame spread up the side of the house but was extinguished quickly and resulted in minimal damage.

Firefighters were on the scene for a short time.
