Fourth grade students at Hardin Northern had a recent virtual visit from Miss South-Central Ohio, Lora Current.
She spoke to the fourth graders about the power of having a growth mindset, speaking openly about her own struggles with dyslexia.
Through sacrifice and hard work, she overcame her difficulties with reading and writing and even graduated high school a year early.
This year’s fourth graders have been studying growth mindset through project-based learning.
Current’s virtual visit allowed Hardin Northern students to see the power of growth mindset in action.
