Village of Forest officials announced earlier this morning that they are aware of additional issues with the village’s vacuum sewer system today.

The maintenance crew is continuing to work to identify and isolate the issue, and it could be a large part of town, once again.

The quadrant area west of Martin St. and south of Gage St. (Smith St. W. Dixon, W. Zimmerman, W. Hueston, Wise, Fasig, Campbell, Chestnut)  are on a gravity system and those residents should not have any issues.

All other areas may be affected.

Updates will be provided when available on the Village of Forest Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064472238790
