Morral Man Charged with Fifth OVI Offense

A Marion County man was charged with his fifth operating a vehicle under the influence offense.

According to a release from the Marion Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Dana K. Bickle, of Morral, was stopped for a speed violation last month and troopers observed signs of impairment.

Bickle was arrested on the offense.

He has four prior OVI convictions.

Bickle has entered a plea of not guilty, and a pre-trial hearing is set for October 16.
