Motorcycle Operator Injured in Crash

A motorcycle operator was injured after an accident that occurred just before 4:30 Wednesday afternoon.

According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, the crash involved a 1994 Honda motorcycle and a 2020 Honda car.

It occurred on State Route 309 at County Road 175.

The names of the operator of the motorcycle and the driver of the car have not officially been released at this time.

The motorcycle operator was flown by medical helicopter to an area hospital with suspected serious injuries. 

Assisting Hardin County Sheriff’s Office at the scene were Kenton Fire Department, Forest Fire Department, BKP Ambulance District, Lifeflight Air Medical, and Route 31 towing.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
