The Ohio State Patrol is reminding motorists about Ohio’s move over law.

The reminder comes as a police cruiser and a state patrol cruiser were struck by passing car near Cincinnati Tuesday.

The officers were assisting a disabled vehicle at the time of the mishap.

No one was seriously injured as a result.

Ohio law requires drivers to move over or slow down and proceed with caution when approaching stationary public safety vehicles with lights activated.
