Senator Sherrod Brown will deliver opening remarks for tonight’s inaugural virtual event in the My Brother’s Keeper Ohio leadership series.
The event, beginning at six p.m., will feature a panel of Black entrepreneurs in Ohio speaking on their experiences in operating their businesses in the current socio-political climate.
Senator Brown assisted in founding Ohio’s MBK coalition after President Obama began the initiative to improve opportunities for young men of color. MBK Ohio currently has 12 chapters.
