New Leaf Garden Center Owner in the Final Days of Her Career
The career of long time New Leaf Garden Center owner Laurie Laird is winding down.
Her final day as owner of the business is December 18.
The new owners plan to reopen the store in Kenton January 3 with the same name.
Laird has owned the stores in Kenton and Ada for 30 years and has been in the business a total of 45 years.
She plans to travel some and looks forward to more time with her grandkids, “I would like to be able to go to their sports events, to their programs and things like that and not have to say grandma can’t go because she’s working.”
