Numerous Students Benefit From Scholarships from Allen Foundation
The R.E. and Joan Allen Foundation announced the awarding of 2.6 million dollars in scholarships to 1442 different students since 1991.
Multi-Year scholarships have been awarded to 640 different students.
According to a release, $39,000 in renewal scholarships were awarded to 34 students.
Second year scholarships in the amount of $19,00 were awarded to 18 students.
$6000 in third year scholarships were awarded to six students and $14,000 in fourth year scholarships went to 10 students.
