Obituary for Carol Sue (Quail) Stephan

Carol Sue (Quail) Stephan age 77, passed away in Kenton on April 29, 2021.  She was born January 1, 1944 in Bucyrus to the late Wesley and Lenita (Smith) Quail. Carol is survived by her husband James H. Stephan, sons Charles Stephan of Kenton, Robert Stephan of Forest and daughter Valerie Stephan of Forest.  She is also survived by 2 grandchildren Felicity Stover, John Stephan and sister Darlene (Bob) Hamblin of Oregon. 

Carol was involved with Hardin County Master Gardener’s Volunteer and Friends of the Library in Forest.  She enjoyed gardening and karate especially Taekwondo. 

Funeral services will be held Monday May 3, 2021 at 1p.m. at Clark Shields Funeral Home with Justin McCall officiating.  Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky.  Visitation will be held from 11 – 1p.m. at the funeral home.
