Obituary for Clyde Carlton Halsey

Clyde Carlton Halsey, age 90 of rural Findlay passed away at the Arlington Good Samaritan Society.  He was born on Feb. 11, 1930 to the late Carl J. and Leona (Long) Halsey. 

On July 8, 1955, he married Doris Fern Binkley and she survives.  Also surviving are a son, William “Bill” (Janet) Halsey of Mt. Airy, MD; daughter, Linda K. (Richard) Saad of Delaware, OH; grandsons, Dylan

(Kaitlyn) Saad and Andrew Saad and brother, Glenn Halsey.  He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Susan E. Halsey.

Clyde served his country during the Korean War in the US Army.  He retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber following 33 years of service. 

A graveside service will be held at 3:00pm Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Desenberg Cemetery (Jackson Township, Allen County) where the Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad will present full military rites.
