Obituary for Kenneth W. Moran

Kenneth W. Moran of Upper Sandusky died at his residence on Wednesday January 15, 2025. He was born April 17, 1932 in Nevada to the late Edward and Bertha (Lowery) Moran. He married Joyce A. Kuenzli on November 7, 1954 and she preceded him in death on July 1, 1995.

Surviving are three daughters Linda Moran, Upper Sandusky, Rhonda Moran, Upper Sandusky, Tina Brown, Bucyrus, a son Gary (Rita) Moran, Grove City, two grandchildren Torrey (Jessica) Brown, Bucyrus, Mandi (Kara Ault) Moran, Galion, and a sister Susie Conklin, Delaware. He was preceded in death by brothers Richard Moran, Glenn Moran, and sisters Mary Orwick and Pauline Hollinger.

He was a US Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He received the Korean Service Ribbon with two Bronze Service Stars, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and he was Soldier of The Month in Feb. of 1954. Ken worked for Swan Rubber in Carey, and Tecumseh in Marion. Ken was the owner/operator of Ken Moran Painting Co. He was an avid OSU football and Cleveland Guardians baseball fan.

Visitation will be held Fri. Jan 17, 2025 from 1-2PM at Bringman Clark Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held that same day at Old Mission Cemetery following the visitation at the funeral home. Chaplain Steve Sturgeon will officiate his graveside service. Memorial donations in his name may be made payable to the American Heart Assoc., or Wyandot Memorial Hospice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 East Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
