Funeral services for Marjorie Ross will be private. Burial will take place at Oakdale Cemetery in Marysville, Ohio. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.

She died on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the Memorial Hospital of Union County in Marysville. She was born on June 13, 1936 in Jerome, Ohio to the late Bernard and Mildred (Neil) Guy. On April 10, 1955 she married Cecil Ross and he preceded her in death on April 8, 2008.

Surviving are 2 sons; David A. Ross of Kenton, Mark Allen Ross of Kenton, 2 sisters; Clara Schuster of Marseillies, Eileen Guy of Broadway, 3 grandchildren; Anthony (Kelli Krietzler) Ross, Lindsay Ross, Christian Ross, 2 great-grandchildren; Kaylee Ross, Peyton Ross and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother; Gene Guy and a sister; Phyllis Stanley.

Marjorie started working for AMP Grocery Store in Columbus as a cashier. She then worked at Eljers Factory in Marysville, before finishing her working career at Kenton City Schools as a bus driver and cafeteria lady.

She along with her husband attended Church of the Nazarene in Kenton, Church of Christ in Christian Union in Bellefontaine and the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in Kenton.

Marjorie loved to listen too and sing chirstian music as well as help out as a Sunday School Teacher. If she wasn’t at church, Marjoire was either gardening or traveling with her husband.They went on a vacation every year and later in life they had a house in Florida that they would visit often.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Autism Speaks Foundation, Abundant Life Assembly of God Church Missionaries Program or the Lupus Foundation.
