Obituary for Mary Etta Fizer

Mary Etta Fizer age 75 of Tiffin, formerly of Upper Sandusky, died at St. Rita’s Hospital, Lima on Apr. 16, 2021. She was born on Mar. 6, 1946 in Baton Rouge, LA to the late Dr. Henry and Jane (Conway) Jolly Jr. She is preceded in death by her husband Rodney Fizer. Surviving is a son Charles L Hustmyre, Baton Rouge, LA, a brother Henry Jolly, Baton Rouge, LA, a half-sister Eugenia Goff. She is preceded in death by a brother Robert Jolly.

She was a member of the Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church and a member of the CLC. Mrs. Fizer was an Ohio Public Health Nurse with the State of Ohio Dept. of Health. She had been a public health nurse for Wood, Hancock and Allen Counties.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Fri. Apr. 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church with Fr. Conrad Sutter OFM, Conv. officiating. Interment will be held in St. Peter’s Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bringman Clark Funeral Home to assist the family.
