Timothy R. Haley age 74 of Forest, died at his residence on July 26, 2021. He was born Oct. 17, 1946 in Findlay to the late Thomas and Florence (Davis) Haley. He married Mary Louise Patrick on Oct. 23, 1971, she survives along with their children Deanna (Tony) Haley-Rall, Kenton, Matthew (Beth Williams) Haley, Kenton, Timmy (Jacki) Haley, Forest, grandchildren Seth, Jordana, Brayden, Kristyn, Rease, Kelsey, Ethan, Grady, a greatgrandchild Nolan, brothers Tom (Pat) Haley, Findlay, Robin (Cheryl) Haley, Croton, a sister Kay Hough, Delphos, a brother-in-law Larry Cherry, Findlay. He is preceded in death by brothers Jim Haley and Joe Haley and a sister Ann Cherry.
Mr. Haley was a 1964 graduate of Findlay High School and was a veteran of the United States Air Force during Vietnam. He retired from Whirlpool, Findlay in 2014 after 46 years of employment. He was a member of the Fort McArthur Long Rifle Club, Life Member of the NRA, and a member of Pharaoh Car Club. Mr. Haley enjoyed classic cars, fishing, camping, traveling, his dog “Missy”, was an avid OSU Buckeye fan and John Wayne the “Duke” fan.
A graveside service will be held Wed. Aug. 4, 2021 at 10:00AM in Hueston Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by McVitty VFW Post #1182, American Legion Post #259 both of Forest and AmVets Post #1994 of Kenton. Memorial contributions may be made to Flag City Honor Flight, Universal Hospice or to the charity of the donor’s choice in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
