of Sidney Ohio (formerly of Kenton)

Funeral services for Tommy Scarberry will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday June 17, 2021 at Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. Burial will follow at Dunkirk Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the funeral home.

Tommy died on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio. He was born in Louisa, Kentucky on July 7, 1944 to the late Russell and Estella (Hammond) Scarberry. He married Paula Lawrence  on January 1, 1982. She survives in Sidney Ohio.

Also surviving are his children, Thomas Scarberry of Findlay, Amber McCafferty of Sidney, Andrew (Whitney) Scarberry of Findlay and Amanda (Ben) Hamilton of Sidney, 4 grandsons and 3 granddaughters which loved him dearly, 1 sister, Marge Clark of Marion and 1 brother, Eugene (Mary) Scarberry of Kenton and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Russell David Scarberry.

Tommy was a graduate of Ridgedale Schools. He was an Airforce Veteran from 1964 to 1972 serving in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing, family, cars and history.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
