ODOT Vehicle Struck in Hancock County Work Zone

An employee with the Ohio Department of Transportation-District 1 escaped injury after a vehicle he was sitting in was struck in a work zone in Hancock County today (Friday).

 

The accident occurred on U.S. 68 in Hancock County near Findlay.

 

This marks the ninth time crews around the state have been struck in a work zone since mid February. 

 

ODOT officials are reminding motorists to watch for work crews and all others along the highways, and remember to move over and slow down.
