Troopers from the Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol recently talked with students at Fort Jennings High School in Putnam County about making smart decisions.

They also tested students’ skills under the influence of impairment goggles.

School administrators who are looking to educate students about road safety and smart decision making are encouraged to schedule a speaker from the Drive to Live program through the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The Drive to Live initiative builds relationships between the classroom and the highway by bringing in local OSP troopers as speakers.

More information on the program and a link to schedule a speaker can be found on the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Facebook page.
