One Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court
One person was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Cody J. Elwood was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound.
The case was heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
