ONU Holds 3 Commencement Ceremonies Recently
Ohio Northern University held its 151st Commencement with three ceremonies over two days recently.
In total, 633 ONU students from the five colleges earned their degrees.
Honorary doctorate degrees were awarded to ONU President Dan DiBiasio and First Lady Chris Burns-DiBiasio for their 11 years of dedication and service to ONU.
An honorary degree was also presented to Charles DeMonaco during the College of Law commencement ceremony.
DeMonaco is one of the nation’s preeminent environmental and trial attorneys, and is known for serving as lead counsel for the United States in the case against Exxon for the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska.
