OSP Holds 2024 Leadership Awards Ceremony
Two members of the Ohio State Patrol’s Findlay District received recognition today during OSP’s 2024 Leadership Awards ceremony.
Dispatcher Patrick P. Bowsher, Findlay District, earned statewide honors as the 2024 Dispatcher of the Year. He was selected from 10 recipients across the state. He exemplifies what it means to be a dispatcher and is a leader among his peers.
Madison Foster, Findlay District, was selected as the recipient of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Family Recognition Award. The daughter of Trooper Adam R. Foster, Defiance Post, Ms. Foster has been a consistent participant in Patrol-related events over the years.
