Pedestrian Ignores Traffic Control Device and is Hit by Vehicle in Findlay

A North Baltimore man was hit by a vehicle while walking across a street in Findlay late Sunday morning.

According to the report from the Findlay Police Department, 28 year old Alexander J. Conners was walking across West Trenton Avenue during a time when the don’t walk sign was illuminated and he was hit by a vehicle being operated by 62 year old Terry Steinfurth, of Toledo, who was turning onto Trenton from Broad Avenue with a green turn arrow.

Conners was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital with minor injuries.

He was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
