PIPP Plus Offers Income-Based Payment Utility Assistance for Eligible Ohio Residents
For those having trouble paying their utility bills, the Percentage of Income Payment Plan may be for you.
PIPP Plus is an extended payment plan to help eligible customers pay electric and/or natural gas bills.
It is for households at or below 175% of the federal income guidelines that are being served by a utility regulated by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
Payments will be based on income rather than usage.
