Today is Primary Election Day in Ohio.

Races that were taken off the May ballot due to redistricting issues will be decided today.

On the Democratic ballot, two candidates are running to represent their party in the fall election for State Representative of the 83rd District.

They are Melissa Kritzell and Claire Osborne.

The winner will face incumbent Jon Cross, who is unopposed on the Republican ballot.

Republican incumbent State Senator Robert McColley is also unopposed.

There are also contested races for members of the State Central Committee on both the Democratic and Republican ballots.

The polls will close at 7:30 this evening.
