Raymond Man Killed in Tuesday Morning Crash
A Raymond, Ohio man was killed in a crash that occurred this morning on State Route 347 between East Liberty and Raymond.
WPKO Radio reported that 29 year Jason Winter was driving east on 347 when he attempted to make a left hand turn.
His vehicle was struck by a westbound semi being operated by 49 year old Richard Casteele, of Prospect.
Winter was pronounced dead at the scene by the Union County Coroner’s Office. Casteele was transported to Memorial Hospital in Marysville.
The crash remains under investigation.
