A Richwood woman was issued a summons for theft and possession of criminal tools by Kenton Police yesterday afternoon.

 

According to the Kenton Police Report, two employees at the Kenton WalMart watched 50 year old Melissa Robbins of Richwood come into the store and selected numerous grocery items.

 

The report goes on to state that Robbins then bagged her grocery items while still in the shopping area of the store, then pushed the cart full of merchandise out the door without paying for them.

 

Robbins was issued a summons for theft and for possession of criminal tools
