A rural Kenton man was arrested after a neighbor complained about him playing his music too loud at Acheson’s Resort at Indian Lake early Tuesday morning.

WPKO Radio reported that 54 year old Blynn Poland refused to answer the door the first time Logan County Sheriff’s deputies arrived.

Poland is then said to have called the sheriff’s office several times stating he was frustrated about his neighbor calling law enforcement on him.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail on a charge of persistent disorderly conduct.
