Schwemer Speaks to Kenton Rotary

Local Attorney, Mark Schwemer, recently spoke to Kenton Rotary Club.

Mark has operated a diverse practice during his 20 years in the practice of law ranging from adoptions, civil litigation, custody/visitation, dissolutions, estates, and guardianships.

The primary focus of Mark’s practice has been in the Hardin County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

He has represented parents and grandparents in visitation and custody disputes; he has counseled parents and family members involved in abuse, neglect, and dependency cases with child services; he has served as defense counsel to children charged with misdemeanors and felonies; and he has served as the Guardian ad Litem giving a voice to the children involved in custody, visitation, and child services cases.

Mark is running for Judge of the Domestic Relations Division of the Hardin County Common Pleas Court in 2022 as an Independent.
