Two search warrants related to two separate cases assigned to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office by the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force were served on Monday.
The warrants were executed by Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies at 308 South Main Street in Van Buren and at 116 East Street in Benton Ridge.
The search yielded several electronic devices which will be forensically examined for any material related to the investigations.
Assisting with the execution of the search warrants were ICAC Task Force members from the Findlay Police Department. The investigation is ongoing and will be reviewed by the Hancock County Prosecutor’s Office.
