Several Lima Businesses Nailed for Underage Sales

Members of the Lima Police Department recently conducted alcohol and tobacco compliance checks at several businesses in Lima.

 

The checks focused on the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to people under 21 years of age.

 

Certified on Pine Street, Dairy Market on West Kibby Street, Speedway on Cable Road, BP on Allentown Road and Circle K on North West Street, sold alcohol to underage people.

 

Meat City on Kibby Street sold tobacco to underage people.

 

All of the people that sold products to underage people were issued citations for the violations.
