The Shawnee Indians pulled away in the second half to defeat the Kenton Wildcats 75-45 in Western Buckeye League boys basketball action Friday.
The Indians (14-2 overall, 5-1 WBL) led 33-27 at the half but outscored the Wildcats 42-18 in the second half.
George Mangas had 28 points and eight rebounds to pace the Indians while Johnny Caprella added 13 markers.
Kenton (10-5, 1-5) was led by Jaron Sharp’s 20 points and six rebounds.
Sharp was named the Ace Hardware Player of the Game.
