Shawnee Tops Kenton in Volleyball Action Thursday

The Kenton High School Girls Varsity Volleyball team fell to Shawnee High School 3-0 on Thursday.

The Lady Wildcats put up a hard fought battle against Shawnee last night, 16-25, 19-25, 22-25.

Brinley Hites has 3 aces, 3 kills and 8 receptions. Brynn Butler had a busy night 2 aces, 9 assists, 8 digs and 7 receptions.

Chloe Pleasant had a strong defensive match 11 receptions and 12 digs.

Keshawna Garner and Chelsea Kalb picked up 7 digs each. Sadie Larabee added 7 kills and Macee Heckathorn had 3 kills and 6 blocks on the night.

The team will travel to Ottawa Glandorf on Tuesday.
