According to a release from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were requested by the Spencerville Police Department to assist in an investigation involving a claim of pandering in the Allen County village.
Two teenage females told investigators that their mother’s live-in boyfriend may have been recording them in various stages of undress.
Two search Warrants were served, one for a laptop computer, and the other at the residence in the 300 block of South Broadway Street.
The boyfriend, later identified as 45 year old Phillip J. Briggs, was interviewed and then arrested on the charge of Pandering.
