St. Marys Man Accepts Plea Deal in Auglaize County Court
A first degree felony charge was dropped after a St. Marys man accepted a plea deal in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court Monday.
The Lima news reported that 24 year old Aaron Kanorr pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. In exchange for the guilty pleas, one count of rape was dismissed.
Kanoor was classified as a Tier II Sex Offender, and Judge Frederick Pepple ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
A jury trial was scheduled to start yesterday.
